    XPressME translation see “HowTo Make Localize Files“

    WordPress translation see “Translating WordPress” & “WordPress in Your Language“

    You can use it by downloading file (wp-content/language) of the language of WordPress2.9.2-fa_IR.

    (A lot of translations are contained though this language file is not complete for WordPress3.0.)
